The Tereza Joanne is a permanently moored boat in London’s Royal Docks, five minutes from the Brick Lane Music Hall. With fantastic views across the water to the London City Airport (watching the planes take off and land is a feature of our venue!), full disabled access, free coach and car parking, a well stocked bar, a brilliant chef and top notch live entertainment this is a quality afternoon out for groups.

From February to the beginning of November (not August) there are shows on Wednesdays and Thursdays. From 18 November to 17 December 2026 there are shows Mondays to Thursdays. Our guests are retirement age to infinity and our motto is Dance today – Voltarol tomorrow

We have such fun at the Tereza Joanne – it’s always a party and our guests always leave on a real high. This is a delightful venue in a quirky spot in London’s Royal Docks (the right hand end of the Eastenders credits!) with an attentive and friendly staff, great food and top-notch live entertainment. No one comes to the Tereza Joanne just once!

There are so few opportunities nowadays for the 60 plus crowd to let our hair down like this – family weddings maybe, but then you have to put up with family AND buy a present. There’s such a party atmosphere at the Matinee Lunch Shows – our guests often dance up such a storm we’re seriously thinking of asking Voltarol to sponsor us! We’re also offering a choice of musical Theatre shows for 2026 that will suit groups whose dancing days are behind them (but even at these shows there will always be a space and an opportunity to dance for those who still want to shake it up!).

So we invite you to bring your Dancing Kings & Queens for a very sociable afternoon at a wonderful venue with good food and top-notch live entertainment. The Tereza Joanne is fully accessible, next to London City Airport 5 minutes from the Brick Lane Music Hall, with free coach parking on site, a meal for your driver (with 25 plus guests) and a licensed bar. All coaches are greeted. You can send a table plan or we will help seat your folk making sure friendship groups sit together. Seating is at round tables for 8 or 9 people. All shows are arrive from 11.30am and head home at 3.30pm
